Job Summary:
The Technical Project Manager will design and implement advanced digital solutions that optimize clinical research workflows while driving forward projects with our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who have been successful in a technical role and are eager to move on to a client-facing role, while utilizing their technical expertise to solve complex problems in the field of clinical research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Tool Development and Deployment: Configure, program, and deploy advanced digital platforms, including electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) and workflow management systems.
- Process Automation: Design and implement AI and automation solutions to improve the efficiency of clinical trial workflows and operations.
- Data Analysis: Use scripting languages such as Python or R, or other analytical software to analyze and interpret clinical data, identify trends, and create data-driven solutions.
- Systems Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate digital tools into existing clinical trial workflows.
- Global Collaboration: Work with diverse teams and stakeholders across regions to ensure successful implementation within project timeline.
- Representation: Represent the company at meetings with clients and partners, fostering relationships and ensuring alignments with stakeholders.
- Project Oversight: Keep track of study budgets and deliverables, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Science or a related technical field.
- Professional Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project management, consulting, or similar roles.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in data analytics, ideally using languages such as Python or R.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable, innovative solutions.
- Communication: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in either German, French or Mandarin will be a big plus.
- Global Perspective: Comfortable working in interdisciplinary environments across Europe, Asia, and the US.
